“Jacob and crew did an outstanding job with irrigation system, sodding front and back yard, landscaping walkway, and poured and finished a concrete ramp into the barndominium garage. Throughout the four days of full day work, Jacob was focused, thorough, and industrious with endless energy as he and his crew persistently worked to do a job that they and the customer would be proud of. On the last day, work progressed more slowly but not because the effort had diminished at all, and throughout, Jacob applied himself and kept his crew active working until the sun had set to finish laying the sod. Once complete, I thought he'd call it a day and return the next day for clean up, but Jacob stayed and did a thorough clean up even as it got dark. What I like best though about Jacob is beyond his superhuman work ethic; it is his patience and attention to detail. His customers get top notch professional workmanship, and all along the process, Jacob explains the do's and don'ts of using the irrigation system and shares his vast knowledge of landscaping so the customer is comfortable with the care needed for lasting beauty of what Jacob and Pioneer have created. Not only would I recommend Jacob and company, I would insist that there is not better choice for landscaping needs of any kind in the area.”
