Tell us about the property

A few details and a photo or two are enough to start. Acreage, a bare lot after a custom build, or a place that never got finished.

We walk it together

We look at the land, the grade, the water, and how you actually want to use the space. Bring the things you have been putting off.

You see the plan

Renderings and a planting plan come back before any work is scheduled, so the direction is settled before a machine shows up.

Common questions

What people ask on the first call.

Do you take on smaller jobs, or only whole properties?
Both. Plenty of what we do is a lawn and a sprinkler system, or stonework and drainage, and nothing else. What we ask is that the work gets planned against the whole property, so whatever comes next still fits.
Do you install the irrigation, or is that a separate contractor?
We do it. That is the point of working this way. The zones get built around the planting plan rather than sprayed over the top of it afterward, which is only possible when the same crew is doing both.
Can you work around trees and planting that are already there?
Yes, and usually we should. Mature trees are worth more than anything we could install to replace them. On both of our Kissing Tree jobs in San Marcos the existing oaks and shrubs stayed, and the design was built around them.
Do you work with custom home builders?
Regularly. If your house is still going up, the best time to plan the exterior is before the lot is finished, while machines can still get where they need to go and nothing has to be dug up to reach anything else.
How far do you travel?
We work the corridor from Seguin out to New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, La Vernia, Stockdale, Marion, and Cibolo, across Guadalupe, Comal, Bexar, Hays, Wilson, and Caldwell counties. If you are near the edge of that, ask.
