Water gets solved first
Grade and drainage are settled before a single plant goes in. Stone that sits on a drainage problem moves, and planting on one is money spent twice.

Stone and hardscape
Masonry, pathways, retaining walls, grading, and drainage, planned with the design rather than added to it.

Plants change every season. Walls, paths, and edges do not, which is why they carry the design. Get them wrong and the property never reads finished no matter what is planted around them.
We handle the earthwork too. Grading, skid steer work, and drainage happen before the stone sets and long before anything is planted, so the finished grounds are built on ground that was corrected rather than covered up.

Walls, paths, and bed edges are what give a property shape in year one. They hold the design together while the planting fills in behind them.
A ranch entry, a long approach, and a back terrace are not subdivision work. We bring our own grading and skid steer work rather than scaling the design down to fit a small machine.
