Pioneer Landscapes LLC operates this website. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us here. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
When you fill in the inquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, what part of the property you are asking about, the scope you select, and any photographs you attach. Nothing else on the form is required.
If you call or text the number on this site, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. If you email us, we have your email address and your message.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you arrived from a search, an ad, or a link. We use it to understand what is useful on the site.
We also run Google Ads. If you arrive from one of our ads, Google tells us that a visit turned into an inquiry or a call. We see counts, not the identity of the person who clicked. Google sets its own cookies to do this, and you can control that in your browser settings or through Google's own ad settings.
How we use it

What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone building a marketing list. We do not send bulk marketing email from this form.
Who else touches it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our inbox. Analytics and ad measurement are handled by Google. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it processes on our behalf. We do not give your information to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email and our records for as long as we may reasonably need them, which for a landscaping business means through the life of a project and the seasons after it. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Photographs of finished work
We photograph the work we install and use those photographs on this website and in our own marketing. We do not publish a client's name, street address, or contact details alongside them. If you would rather your property did not appear at all, tell us and it will not.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you and we will. You can block cookies in your browser, which stops the analytics described above; the site works normally without them.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
