Lawn and irrigation on a country property
New lawn and sprinklers around a limestone country home, laid over raw graded ground under established oaks.

On the ground in La Vernia.
This is what acreage work actually looks like partway through. The house is finished, the ground around it is graded dirt, and the lawn has to be established before the property reads as anything other than a building site.
The oaks were already here, which changes the plan. Sod placement and sprinkler coverage both have to work around a canopy that takes its share of the water and throws shade across half the day.
- New sod laid across the front and side lawns
- Sprinkler system installed with the lawn
- Coverage planned around established oak canopy
- Lawn edges shaped to the drive and the approach
